“The best blend of security and property management features”

Pros : ApnaComplex takes care of everything that you need to manage your housing society. We use it to collect maintenance dues without any manual reconciliation and convenience charges. Its gatekeeping feature keeps an eye on incoming and outgoing vehicles, so that is convenient.

Cons : They have a mobile app which can be buggy at times.

Pros : ApnaComplex has a great uploading system. The software works at a very good speed, and they provide all of the reports in minutes.

“A very good software for managing housing societies”

Pros : ApnaComplex provides 360-degree visibility into apartment operations. Activities like billing, events, recurring visitors, etc. can be managed smartly with the help of this software.

Cons : The response from support team is slow. If they improve that, the user experience will be much better.

Reason to switch : AppFolio was good for maintenance and financial management of the property but it did not have any security oversight functions.

“Great Software to Ensure Apartment Security”

Pros : ApnaComplex is great for ensuring apartment security. It creates a digital record of incoming and outgoing visitors and apartment dwellers. It also keeps a record of vehicle entry and exit.

Cons : Lack of CCTV camera integration and the new updates to the android app looks cluttered.

Reason to switch : It only helped in billing and tenant related tasks. It did not include robust apartment management features.

Pros : Effective security, visitor management and payments feature. Our security teams can use it to track and manage the activities of staff.

Cons : Asset list updates slowly and PPM tracker for improved maintenance can be a good addition.

“Ideal for staff and resident management”

Pros : ApnaComplex offers much needed convenience you require for managing a residential complex. Tracking recurring visitors and vehicles like school bus, domestic help, etc. is made easy. It also allows residents to create a gate pass for new visitors, so that they can enter quickly without wasting much time with formalities. ApnaComplex has a multilingual feature too, which helps the regional staff to operate the app smoothly.

Cons : The customer support team’s response can be slow sometimes.

Pros : OK to Use, So many useful features are missing.

Cons : Rents are very high, 30% to 40% higher than remaining Apps (NoBroker, MyGate etc)
