Pros : Comprehensive all-in-one society management features like billing, visitor management, complaints, expenses, polls & resident engagement. Automated billing, invoice generation, and payment tracking save time and reduce manual work. Mobile app and web portal make it easy for residents and management to use on the go.

Cons : May take time for all residents to adapt. Requires initial setup of society data, which at time can be time-consuming.

“Brilliant App”

I have been using Societykit for the past few months. It is a new-age idea and has been working brilliantly in my case. Everything related to my society—including payments, feedback, complaints, payment tracking, and receipt generation for all transactions—is extremely smooth, user-friendly, and well organized. “A nice society management software with all necessary modules”

SocietyKit makes managing our society easy with their multi account billing modules, like you can maintain regular invoicing and payments for a generic account, and event based expenses and income separately which is a great feature! Overall the app is simple, easy to use, even my aged parents can easily use the app without any issue which is a plus point! So overall i recommend the product!

Pros : contains everything that you need in a small society, not sure about bigger societies but our requirements are nicely covered and we are happy for now

Cons : maybe smaller app size, currently its 15MB, not a show stopper but they can think about it

Super easy app with all the key features—perfect for everyone. Installed it on my parents' phones, and they use it with almost no help. Highly recommend!

“Overall a good must try product.”

We had issues with mygate app, as it did not cater to our custom requirements, but these guys did listen to our needs and helped us with our custom requirements around visitor management and asset maintenance. so when a team listens to your pain point, you know your money is invested in the right place.

Pros : customization scope, ease of use, smooth ui, clean ui

Cons : auto click to push data to tally is missing currently, hope they take care of that in future!
