“It was good for my restaurant business”

Pros : If I have to explain my experience with Digirestro in one word, it would be reliability. It has been an extremely reliable software. My employees didn’t face any issues while learning to operate Digirestro. They can now use the software and effectively handle the restaurant’s billing, inventory, and much more. My business and employees saw a growth and uptick in their skills.

Cons : No objections whatsoever. Digirestro is a breeze to use. No hangs, freezes, mismanagement of orders or anything of that sort. It works effortlessly and lets us operate in the exact same way.

Switched from : Poster POS

Reason to switch : Poor performance and overall mismanagement of the orders. The software caused us more problems than ease in operations.

“Digirestro is a widely popular software and for good reasons”

Pros : Digirestro provides a one size fit all kind of solution. As the software’s intricate design makes it favorable for restaurants such as me. It The features offered by Digirestro on paper sound really good and it is just as good in practice.

Cons : We haven’t encountered any cons for using Digirestro as of 1 year and few months of it using. The software works perfectly well. No bugs, no glitches or anything of that sort. It is a very comfortable software to use.

Switched from : Limetray

Reason to switch : Limetray will freeze randomly which will lead to random operational obstructions. Another pertinent issue it had was no integration with third party application.

Pros : Honestly, I am very satisfied with Digirestro the software has done wonders for our restaurant business. We use it for managing multiple outlets and the data accessibility is not a problem.

Cons : None as of now. Digirestro is really very good. Its working is great and there isn’t much to question. And it has become a vital part of our operations.

Reason to switch : It was overall unreliability for us. The software was lacking in features and was riddled with bugs. We sought alternatives because Torqus POS had a poor performance.

“Digirestro is a multipurpose software designed for restaurant!”

Pros : Digirestro features very finely tuned for restaurant business. The software allows you to manage order, kitchen display, loyalty, and orders too. There are no blind spots in its operational capabilities.

Cons : We have used Digirestro for last 6 months and we did not find a single that could be a drawback.

Switched from : SlickPOS

Reason to switch : Slick POS was simply not cut for the operations we wanted to include in our restaurant. Digirestro gave us the opportunity to think beyond the box.

“Brilliantly designed and an easy on pocket software – Digirestro”

Pros : There aren’t many software that are as good as they are projected during sales pitch, Digirestro was one of them. It has everything that lets us ensure that our customer is fully satisfied. We have even introduced a successful pay later system for regular customers to dine on credit and pay later. A fully integrated system that helps us work not only smoothly but quickly as well.

Cons : We have no complains regarding Digirestro. Honestly, the software has exceeded our expectations in every way possible. We are happy that we ended up finding Digirestro early in our business. The software has offered consistency.

Reason to switch : Petpooja was limited by its design and it had a lot of hidden charges. In addition to that the support team would respond rather slowly.
