Pros : I have been using this application to manage all my leads. It comes with a user-friendly interface. There is a mobile application that helps you to record things easily. Also, I can swiftly set up reminders and update my status. Groweon is the Apple of the LMS world.

Experiencing very smooth functioning of the business with the help of CRM. Everything is getting streamlined with ease and all leads are being focused on.

Pros : The way it has multiple fields for each and every necessary data instantly gets the leads to my crm and divides them into staff

Cons : Still not getting the notifications from the app as push messages

Using this software for the past 4 years. Effortless Crm and never find any issues. The team at Groweon is proactive, and we are seeing regular feature updates coming in CRM. Can see that the CRM has evolved over the years. Highly Satisfied.

Pros : Great Product and very easy to use. Team is very comfortable. Also my sales has increased using this CRM.

Cons : Sometimes calling Syn from a mobile phone to my crm gives trouble in some mobile phones. Rest all is ok.

Reason to switch : Very easy to use and if the team is comfortable to use a crm that seems successful to me.
