“Supports 120+ languages & dialects”
I switched from software limited to English/Spanish—I produce content in French, Tamil, and Arabic. Happy?Scribe supports them all, though I do have to tweak dialect accuracy on less common ones.
Pros : Wide language set, auto-translate support
Cons : Some dialects still on the weak side
Switched from : Speakatoo TTS
Reason to switch : Needed a versatile multilingual transcript tool.

“Accurate subtitles for church livestreams”
I moved from a manual captioning service to Happy?Scribe for church videos. The AI nails basic subtitles, and volunteers polish them. It's way cheaper too. Occasionally it misreads “Luke?2:1–4” literally as words, but it's still a huge help.
Pros : Multilanguage subtitles, speaker labels, humanreview option
Cons : Struggles with unusual names (like Bible verses)
Switched from : Avoma
Reason to switch : Needed affordable, accurate captions with volunteer editing.

“Customer support’s hit-and-miss”
I moved from Intercom-only tools to Happy?Scribe. Support’s helpful and solved my Qs. But if I need a quick chat, there’s none—and some email replies took a day.
Pros : Team responsive by email, generally helpful
Cons : Poor chat availability and slow replies at times
Switched from : Dubverse
Reason to switch : Valued email support but missed instant chat.

“Podcasts transcribed in minutes”
I switched from Descript for episode transcripts. I drop in audio and it’s done in a minute—super quick. Mostly spot-on, but accents or muffled voices sometimes need tidy-ups.
Pros : Fast upload-to-transcript time, 90–95% accuracy
Cons : Struggles with heavy accents or noisy audio
Switched from : Descript
Reason to switch : Wanted faster turnarounds and a lightweight editor.

“Team editing is clutch for collaboration”
Coming from Google Docs, Happy?Scribe lets our team tweak transcripts together and export in DOCX, SRT, JSON, you name it. Wish we could share whole projects with one link though.
Pros : Shared editing, comments, export formats galore
Cons : Sharing multiple files at once is limited
Switched from : Gotranscript
Reason to switch : Needed collaborative editing with exports builtin.

“Human review gives me peace of mind”
I moved from DIY AI transcription to Happy?Scribe when I needed legal accuracy. The humanreview option is reassuring. But it costs more per minute—so I only use it for critical audio.
Pros : Optional human proofreading to reach 99% accuracy
Cons : Manual review is expensive per minute
Switched from : Notta
Reason to switch : Needed 99% accurate transcripts with professional oversight.

“So simple to use, even for beginners”
I switched from Otter.ai because I needed a crisp editor that let me click through transcript times while listening. Happy?Scribe nails that. It’s super clean, and editing is a breeze. The only bummer is its “add vocabulary” tool sometimes misses my niche terms.
Pros : Clean UI, fast uploads, syncedit interface
Cons : Limited language support beyond top ones
Switched from : Otter
Reason to switch : Wanted a more intuitive, clickable transcript editor.

“Subtitling videos is surprisingly fun now”
I moved from manual SRT editing to Happy?Scribe for YouTube subtitles. The sub editor works nicely and it's intuitive. But if there’s silence, sometimes timing drifts and I have to tweak.
Pros : Easy subtitling, auto-save, translation tools
Cons : Misalignment in silent gaps needs manual fixes
Switched from : RightBlogger
Reason to switch : Wanted automated, editable subtitles with a friendly UI.

“API integration is a developer’s dream”
I switched from using raw AWS transcription because Happy?Scribe’s API is easy to setup and automatically returns transcripts. All good—until I need to work on mobile, which isn't a priority yet.
Pros : Well-documented API for uploads & retrievals
Cons : Lacking mobilefirst features or SDKs
Switched from : Avoma
Reason to switch : Wanted a simpler API and built-in editor for transcripts.

“Love the pay-as-you-go model”
I switched from Rev.com’s monthly plan to Happy?Scribe’s payasyougo. I just upload and pay per minute—convenient. But if I bingetranscribe hours, costs add up quickly.
Pros : No subscription needed, pay-per-minute
Cons : Can get pricey for long form content
Switched from : Revoicer
Reason to switch : Wanted flexible pricing without monthly commitments.
