“inventory management , billing and invoicing software that helped me to grow my business”

Raseed has greatly helped my business by allowing me to do invoicing, billing and inventory management pretty much on the go. With just a few clicks I can make out an invoice and also send the bills and records through email or WhatsApp without any delay. Such simple steps serve as reminders and therefore lead to prompt payments. The ability to use barcodes not only makes the process of goods receiving more accurate but also enables stock levels to be updated promptly while inventory control becomes effortless. All in all, it has led to less work being done by hand, it made my billing system more orderly and indirectly it has been effectively paving the way for my company's expansion as the number of operations increased.

Pros : Fast billing/invoicing with easy sharing (WhatsApp/email), Inventory tracking with barcode scanning support, Helpful for GST-compliant invoicing and smoother reporting/workflows and Cloud access makes it convenient to manage data anywhere

Cons : Advanced features may take a little time to explore if you’re new to billing software and I’d like to see more customization in reports/templates (depending on business type)

Reason to switch : One of the main pitch points that attracted me to Raseed was the fact that I used to waste so much time on paperwork since I felt everything was disorganized. Instead of keeping an ear to different tools, now it runs payments, orders, and stock all at once. It is way easier to generate bills than before, whereas item tracking has become more accurate. Basically, the transition to Raseed made me feel like it was giving me the energy to handle my daily chores even though the number of customers went up. There is less friction in the flow of operations simply because the team does not forget any detail anymore.
