“Simple and Useful CRM for Managing Student Enrollments”

I’ve had a good experience using Sproutli. It makes it much easier to keep track of leads, follow-ups, and the overall student enrollment process in one place. The interface is fairly simple, so it doesn’t take too much time for the team to get used to it. What I like most is that it helps keep everything organized instead of having to manage leads and follow-ups through different tools or spreadsheets. It also gives a better view of where each lead stands and what action needs to be taken next. Overall, Sproutli is a useful CRM for EdTech teams looking to organize their enrollment process and make day-to-day lead management easier.

Pros : The platform is easy to understand and use, while keeping leads and follow-ups organised in one place. It also helps manage the complete enrollment journey, making day-to-day CRM activities more structured and convenient.

Cons : Some features may take a little time to understand initially. Adding more features and capabilities would make the platform even more useful for different business requirements.

Reason to switch : Managing leads and follow-ups on Excel had become really difficult and time-consuming. Switching to Sproutli made everything much easier and more organized. Having all the information in one place has made day-to-day work much smoother.
