“Administrators can control all the users appropriately”

Pros : With Vidyalaya ERP we defined our admin with all the provided features and he further gives the rights and permissions to the respective users subsequently so that the students, faculties or parents doesn't get confused with so many options available

Cons : The fact that the administrator can supervise all the activities check the logs, reports and transactions makes managements task easier.

Pros : We are using the Windows version of Vidyalaya, even in it mobile application features are limited but very good, and fees is the best feature which we use daily. “Vidyalaya mobile application has all features that help to digitize”

Pros : Vidyalaya mobile application provides some exciting features like live chat, youtube integration and assignment submissions which makes all the tasks very easy for teachers and schools

Cons : The costing of mobile application is very high and thus we had to make a lot of adjustment in our budget in order to purchase it, though we found it worth

Reason to switch : Through Vidyalaya app, many of our tasks have become automatic and it has also helped us in our school branding

“Highly active support team of Vidyalaya has always managed to solve our queries”

Pros : Vidyalaya support team is very supportive and even at some week-off days, they have always helped us and solved our problems

Cons : There occurs a delay sometimes in rare cases due to lots of queries at the same time but our major query can also remain unsolved at certain point of time if this keeps happening

Reason to switch : Vidyalaya support solves all our queries and hence our portal always remains up to date

Pros : Vidyalaya has a great result sheet formatting and easy customization process as per the requirement of the users. Their are many formats to choose. Even in that I want some change then they configure it and provide us quickly Exam feature with online exam conduction and result publishing

Cons : We demanded the customizations in the report card which we had to provide the students on via Vidyalaya mobile app, but the technical team had accepted all our requirements so we are happy now

Reason to switch : With Vidyalaya's assessment reports our report card generation became very straightforward
