“Detailed employee monitoring with a variety of reports”

Pros : A lot of different reports, including job search. We installed it for our team to track the active and idle time of employees because we noticed a drop in productivity. With internet tracking and distraction score, we were able to identify what caused the distraction and most unproductive employees. The job search option was an unexpected option that was interesting to use too.

Cons : There is no night mode.

“A productivity lifesave”

It’s become so much easier to track time and understand productivity. I set active time goals for each employee. I also really like the timeline feature. It’s clear right away who’s focused and who might be slipping. We had one employee who was taking forever with reports, and thanks to the data, we figured out why

Pros : Automatic tracking of downtime and activity is perfect for accountability. It’s great because it helps keep everything under control and lets monitor what’s going on

Cons : This is my first time using a monitoring tool, so it took a little while to get the hang of it. But the support team, FAQ, and video tutorials on the website made it pretty easy to figure out

“I caught my new hire wasting valuable work hours watching YouTube videos instead of doing their job!”

Pros : After hiring a remote marketer, I noticed promises but no results. Installed WorkTime, and within two days, it was clear he spent most of his time on YouTube instead of campaigns. The detailed timeline and sites helped a lot.

Cons : It took a bit to figure out how to mark productive vs. unproductive sites for different roles.

“Helpful and insightful.”

I use it to monitor employees' internet activity. It helps me understand how work hours are being spent. The program tracks which websites are visited, how much time employees spend online, and how productive that time is. I can set which resources are productive and which ones aren't. The same can be done with apps, as each department has its own set of productive and unproductive resources or apps

Pros : I really appreciate how detailed the reports are. We can easily set which websites or apps are productive and which aren't

Cons : There are no dislikes. This is an excellent tool, irreplaceable in its category, and has no downsides.

“Simple solution for tracking team attendance”

This tool makes it super easy to track when my team logs in and out, which is awesome for managing remote work. I can easily see when everyone starts and finishes their tasks

Pros : It gives a clear view of how my team is working. It helps me track attendance and make sure everyone stays productive

Cons : I can’t think of anything I dislike about it. Everything works just as I hoped it would

“Good price, free trial”

Nice option to track for free at the beginning to test things out. Worked well for us, bought it for the year.

Pros : Free trial. Chance to test everything before buying.

Cons : No reports on well-being for the general picture of employee work. Would be great to see something like that.
