“WPS Office: All-in-one solution for small businesses that need to create and edit content.”

Pros : PS Office is an excellent business tool that is essential for any organization that requires its team members to share files with each other or with potential clients. My favourite feature is the comment sticker, which allows me to add my signature or initials to any document, which comes in handy when I need to make changes to a document.

Cons : It automatically selects the entire document. This creates a problem when one just wants a particular section to be selected.

Switched from : WordPerfect

Reason to switch : WordPerfect doesn’t provide an integrated email solution which is why I didn’t like this platform.

“A full-fledged Office suite for creating and editing documents.”

Pros : I've been using this product to help me with my documentation needs. It's a very effective tool and I highly recommend it. It has a clean user interface and is simple to use. It comes with a ton of features and allows you to create, edit and share presentations, documents, and spreadsheets.

Cons : It sometimes gets slower and irritates a lot.

Switched from : Microsoft 365 For Home

Reason to switch : Microsoft 365 For Home has compatibility issues and needs regular updates which result in constant changes in the software features.

“The most popular app in the store for good reason!”

Pros : WPS Office has helped me to save a lot of time and effort. It is easy to use and lets me share my documents with my team or clients just by sending a link. I also like this because it is a one-stop tool for me to create, edit, and share presentations, documents, and spreadsheets with my team or clients.

Cons : Grammatical errors sometimes occur in the document.

Switched from : iWork

Reason to switch : If you import any MS Office documents on it, they don’t work on the iWork platform.

Cons : Formatting discrepancy and file lost occur with WPS and it potentially causes inconveniences. Collaborative and real-time editing features are not fully sophisticated, limiting their suitability for teamwork and remote collaborations. There is a huge concern regarding data security and vulnerability with the WPS office.

Reason to switch : WPS office helps to perform administrative services and other tasks. It has lots of features that has helped to upscale my activities. It makes slide preparation very easy, inventory and helps me to provide a full content about each day activities.
