“Great for Promotions, But Lacks Features”
We ran a festival promo and sent thousands of SMS + WhatsApp messages in one go. It got out fast and clean. But I had to reupload contact lists manually each time, and there's no built-in scheduler—so planning takes extra effort.
Pros : Handles large promotional campaigns including WhatsApp
Cons : No campaign scheduling or template management
Switched from : BULK SMS
Reason to switch : BulkSMS.com didn’t support WhatsApp alongside SMS, so I moved to Digiforth.

“Email & SMS Combined, But Feels Like an Afterthought”
Nice that I can send both email and SMS from one place. The SMS works great, but email interface is clunky, lacking templates and easy-list management.

Cons : Email tool isn’t user-friendly nor visually polished

Reason to switch : I moved from Mailchimp + separate SMS to unify billing, but hope they improve email UI.

“24/7 Support, They Actually Answer”
When during a late-night campaign I had an issue, their 24/7 support answered within minutes. Kudos! Some reps are newer and not fully versed—so occasionally I request escalation.

Cons : Agent skill varies—sometimes need to escalate

“API Uptime Is Solid”
I integrated their SMS API into our CRM, and it rarely fails—we consistently hit the 99% uptime they advertise. I just wish they had sandbox access for dev testing, so I don’t accidentally send test messages.

I switched to Digiforth because I needed a provider that could reach DND numbers reliably in India. The signup was super-fast—I had a sender ID and API key in under 30 minutes. Messaging is nearly instant. Sure, the portal feels dated compared to modern UIs, but I appreciate that it “just works.”
