Pros : Best Software for Small Business... More features with low cost. Used for Inventory Management and detailed GST billing. Other features include low inventory notification, customer management, bulk messaging to customers, pdf bill generation... They provide application for both mobile and PC.

“simple easy to use ”

Pros : Finally a simple clean way to invoice on your Computer. I have tried others and none work as smoothly as this one

Cons : Using Hitech software means less time on accounts and more time doing the teaching I love. The software helps me prepare professional Billing for my customers and keep track of my invoices.

“Misleading Lifetime License – Software Blocked After AMC Expiry”

For the past one year, the Hightech Billing Software has worked well for my business. The UI and functionality were smooth, and we did not face any issues during this period. I purchased the Diamond license on 16-Aug-2024, with the understanding that support and updates would be optional after the first year. However, after the support pack expired, the software started blocking usage with the error message: “An unexpected error has occurred, possibly due to required operating system file corruption.” The software closes automatically within 10 minutes. Initially, I thought the issue was with my machine, so I downloaded a fresh copy from their website and installed it on a new system. Even after entering the correct product key, the error persisted. When I contacted their technical team, they informed me that the AMC expired and refused to support or resolve the issue. They disconnected my call, and later blocked my number. According to the terms and conditions on their website: Regular updates and technical support are provided for one year only. After that, support can be renewed at a cost, but there is no mention that the software will stop working if support is not renewed. Onboarding assistance is offered only for setup and is unrelated to long-term usage. Despite this, the software has been deliberately blocked after support expiration, misleading customers who purchased it with the expectation of continued use under a lifetime license. This practice is unethical, unfair, and inconsistent with the terms advertised. I advise others to thoroughly review the terms before purchasing and to be cautious when dealing with this vendor.
