“one of the best billing software in the industry”

Pros : Having automation in the flow helps in reducing down the manual efforts with that having the access over cloud makes it much more easier to use it at any place and a user friendly interface making it easier for employees .

Cons : Looking forward for cons as we have not found any flaws as of now .

Reason to switch : having the access over this software makes it easy during the work process as we were not engaged in using the software before.
