“Perfect Fit for Our Sales + Service CRM Needs”

We onboarded this CRM to streamline our sales and after-sales operations. It offers excellent lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and order handling. The service module is particularly useful for managing AMCs, warranties, and service calls efficiently. The interface is simple and user-friendly. Integration with IndiaMART helped us to centralize lead capture. Inventory and quote management are neatly built in.

Pros : AutoFactory CRM simplifies the lead-to-order process with smooth IndiaMART integration, clear pipeline visibility, and affordable pricing, making it ideal for efficient sales tracking.

Cons : Mobile UI can be enhanced

Reason to switch : streamline and centralize our lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and after-sales service operations. Leads from IndiaMART are captured automatically, reducing manual effort and ensuring timely follow-ups. The quote generation and order management modules save time and minimize errors.

“A top quality CRM with powerful features at an affordable price.”

Autommat CRM is excellent. We re using it to manage leads alongside our products. It's highly user friendly, and the Follow-up and Deal Pipeline features are extremely helpful for managing our deals efficiently. We highly recommend users to subscribe as soon as possible—it helps reduce costs and supports business growth.

Pros : Highly dynamic and configurable. we can customize it ourselves.

Cons : Sometime support team takes time to response on our query/concern however they reply within timeline. but it should be improved

“AI Powered Autommat CRM is helpful for real estate users”

This tool is incredibly helpful in managing our real estate leads; we also use the order management module. Generating invoices and handling customer data is effortless. The AI-powered email composer makes communication quick and easy. Thanks to the Autommat team for providing such a valuable solution.
