“Advanced security modules for visitor management”

Pros : I trust VisiTrack for managing and tracking visitors. After scaling my business, the number of visitors increased and so it was essential to maintain proper visitor records for ensuring premises security. DAccess VisiTrack visitor and employee registration system is best for tracking visitors and ensuring quick approvals.

Cons : Sometimes I have to resend an invite to visitors who have already created their profile already scheduled their visit. Everything else about VisiTrack to good so far.

Switched from : Envoy

Reason for switching : In the last app, we used to miss messages from visitors due to frequent technical faults. We decided to shift to DAccess VisiTrack.

“Friendly interface with amazing visitor management features”

Pros : I have been using VISITrack for quite some time and the option for pre-registering the guests is just awesome. Then there is a logbook available with details of all previous entries and you can preschedule all visits. It's a simple app with an excellent notification system.

Cons : Twice or thrice, it happened that visitors got logged out automatically. But this was resolved after intervention by the software's customer support team.

Switched from : Traction Guest

Reason for switching : The customer services team wasn't responsive enough to help us troubleshoot technical issues.

“Online alert system for visitor tracking and management”

Pros : The email and SMS alerts for visitors help find out who exactly is visiting your premise, whether it's parcel delivery guy, client, interviewee, etc. We specifically use the app for printing passes for visitors and checking past visit records. So far, things have gone well with the app.

Cons : There is nothing actually to dislike about the app. Initially, the app lagged but then these are minor issues that can be resolved.

Reason for switching : Instant alerting system is very important for visitor management, which was not very effective in the last software.
