“Easy-to-Use Visitor Management with Strong Gate Control”

VizPass has helped us replace manual visitor registers with a more structured digital process. QR check-ins, host approvals, visitor tracking, notifications, and gate-pass management make daily operations easier for reception and security teams. Overall, it has improved visibility and made visitor management more convenient.

Pros : VizPass makes visitor and gate management more organised and efficient. QR-based check-ins, host approvals, visitor tracking, contractor management, gate-pass records, and notifications help reduce manual work. The interface is also easy for reception and security teams to understand.

Cons : The initial setup may require some guidance, especially when configuring approval workflows and visitor categories. More flexible reporting and customization options would also be useful for creating detailed views.

Reason to switch : izPass has helped us move from manual visitor handling to a more organized and trackable digital process. Reception and security teams can register visitors faster, use QR-based check-in, send host approval requests, track entry and exit, and maintain visitor records without depending on paper registers.
