“Easy and value for money software.”

GimBooks App is easy to use, it has all the features for my small business. I have opted for the lifetime plan because it let's meet record all transactions, make customized invoices, manage inventory easily. I have been using it for last two years. Customer support is very good. I like this App.

Pros : App is easy to use. You get all features for invoicing and billing plus I can file gst directly from App, whereas in other Apps you have to pay for each feature, which becomes expensive later on. It keeps updating features as per user requests.

Cons : The App doesn't seem to have any cons in my experience. But the multi-language support is something they can add, and it will be perfect then.

Switched from : Vyapar Billing Sofware

Reason to switch : Vyaapar charges different for each feature, and also, I had to pay more to use it in laptop. They keep adding charges for every little thing.

“Best billing and invoicing management app”

From sarees to salwar kameez, GimBooks keeps track of everything in my shop!

Pros : It helps with billing, manages my stock, and even lets me send discount offers to customers. No more struggling with manual records. I used be so confused, and spend my time searching for bill but with GimBooks, work gets done in a click, no need to remember, just share the invoice over the customer's whatsapp!

Reason to switch : It has helped me simply the management of billings

“Best inventory invoice manager for cloth shop”

This software offers a user-friendly billing system with most features small businesses need

Pros : It is available on Ios and Web also. No accounting experience is required! You can choose from various invoice templates and even send updates on promotions and invoices directly to customers via SMS and email.

Cons : I have no issue all features are there

Now, I am perfectly able to manage my invoices with GimBooks.

Pros : I can see exactly how much fabric ( in inventory feature) I have, what's selling well, and how much profit I'm making with the expense categories section.

Cons : The customer service is fantastic too, they helped me understand the whole GST thing.

“Best Billing Software for Dairy Factory Customers”

Easy to use, app looks good, has all the features required for a small business like mine. GimBooks is great App

Pros : It helps to track milk production, manage bills to distributors, I do not have to make bills again for the transporter, consignee, or consigner. All I have to do is click on the tick box, and i Can send it directly from WhatsApp.

Cons : NO CONS

Reason to switch : Khatabook customer service is not good. They don't update features.

“Very good experience and I am happy this product.”

This invoicing app is so easy to use, anyone can do it, even if you're not a mobile friendly person.

Pros : The Gimbooks app allows me to make debit note, credit note, add parties, add gst% add HSN code, and everything.

Cons : I don't have any issues in the app, for improvement they can add multi - language support for perfection.

It helps me reduce my business expenses!

Pros : I can keep track of my stock levels in real-time, which helps me avoid stockouts and overstocking. The customer support is also very helpful, especially when it comes to GST filing.

GimBooks is a perfect companion for my freelance work. I can easily track project expenses, send invoices to clients with a few clicks and even manage my taxes more efficiently.

Pros : The customer support team calls, helps me, and they update the features as promised too.

Cons : Hindi language option would be great for Indian traditional clients.
