“Good Automation Features, But Support is Weak”

I moved from using email/manual messages to Interakt. The automation saved me time and let me follow up with clients quickly. However, when issues arise, support sometimes delays or gives generic responses.

“Promising Features, But Support Quality is a Dealbreaker Sometimes”

I like the idea and some of the features—catalog sync, marketing campaigns. But when something breaks (message blocking, billing), getting them to fix it is a struggle. That limits how much I trust the app for critical functions.

“Seamless Shopify Integration But Pricey Upsides”
