“Transparent and cheap—but watch feature rollout”

I chose IppoPay over larger gateways for its honesty—zero fee structure and no processing costs. But I saw on tech blogs features like ecommerce plugins advertised—some aren’t live yet. They’re rolling them out though.

Pros : Transparent pricing, no hidden charges or surprise gateways fees

Cons : Feature roadmap still evolving—some tools announced not live yet

“Smooth UPI + Invoicing Without the Grind”

Instead of emailing PDF invoices and chasing payments, I switched to IppoPay’s link-based invoices. It auto-generates UPI payment options and reminders. Works perfectly for end-customers on Paytm or GPay. Onboard those who still prefer cash and it doesn’t have workflows for them.

Pros : Fast generation of invoice links, supports Paytm/PhonePe/Google Pay etc.

Cons : Lacks offline support for cash or cheque-based merchants

“Great firstgen tool, but needs more fintech depth”

I switched from Excel-based billing to IppoPay. It brought digital payments and loans to rural merchants with zero tech know-how. However, if you’re aiming for loyalty coupons or advanced POS analytics, functionality feels basic.

“Loan Option Was Unexpectedly Useful”

As a user, I value IppoPay’s service. But as I searched for careers, I noticed on Glassdoor and AmbitionBox that employees rate work life balance at 4.2/5 and culture at ~4.0, but job security is only 3.1/5—so some churn exists.

Cons : Frequent layoffs reported, career growth moderately rated
