Mailercloud’s cost makes sense for my small biz. Deliverability has been strong—no issues getting into inboxes. But simple tasks like adding a single contact or renaming lists feel more complicated than they should be.

Getting started was painless—it took me less than an hour to verify my domain, upload contacts, and start a campaign. The platform supports team logins with roles, which is handy. I do wish the free plan offered more automation steps instead of locking at three.

“Beautiful Templates, But HTML Editor Glitches”

Their built-in A/B testing is solid, and getting a dedicated IP helped our sender reputation. But the custom HTML editor sometimes crashes or freezes, which causes frustration when you're editing late at night.

That said, I've run into occasional bugs—automations halt or templates glitch, and new contacts don’t auto-populate in active flows. Support has always helped solve them, but time-zone delays can be a downside.
