“Good product, but internal change-management matters”

As CFO I championed the move to Payday Suite expecting immediate benefits. While many benefits arrived, the first few months were hectic: mapping policies, training staff and aligning legacy pay elements took effort. The tool is strong, but you must invest in change-management.
