While the software is good, there are a few areas where it can be improved. Sometimes the system feels a little slow when handling larger data sets, and the mobile app is not as smooth as the desktop version. The customization options for reports and dashboards are somewhat limited, and a few more advanced filters would make it much better. Customer support is responsive but could be faster in resolving technical issues. Pricing can also feel slightly high for smaller businesses.
Pros :
SmartrCRM is quite easy to use, and the interface is clean, which makes onboarding simple even for new team members. I liked the fact that it allows me to manage leads, track customer interactions, and automate follow-ups without needing multiple tools. The reporting and analytics features are useful to measure performance and understand where improvements are required. Integration with email and other apps also saves a lot of time and effort. Overall, it helps in streamlining sales and customer management efficiently.
