“Smartsheet offers constant development”

Pros : It offers a user-friendly interface that allows for quick self-learning and is backed up with high-quality online learning options.

Cons : Reporting functionality needs some improvement

Reason to switch : The software comes with constant update. Also the customer feedback is taken into consideration.
