“Best WhatsApp Automation App for Our Shopify Store!”

Real-time order, shipment, and payment updates keep customers informed and significantly reduce support queries. The COD confirmation flow has helped cut down on return-to-origin losses considerably.
Cons :
The Starter plan, while free to install, is fairly limited — features like broadcast campaigns, customizable notifications, and the chatbot are locked behind higher-tier plans, which may feel restrictive for smaller businesses.
Reason to switch :
Updatrr has transformed our post-purchase and pre-purchase communication workflows. Abandoned cart reminders now go out automatically with personalized product images and optional discount codes, recovering orders we would have otherwise lost. Every customer receives timely WhatsApp updates for order confirmation, shipment dispatch, and delivery — reducing inbound support messages asking "where is my order?" significantly.
