“Revolution in Business Communication over WhatsApp”

Wabo simplifies WhatsApp automation processes. I was able to create a chatbot within minutes and without any coding, it was able to interact and manage basic queries and lead acquisition immediately. The shared inbox feature improves coordination among staff and gets customers’ needs to be met in a timely manner. I was impressed with how Wabo allowed us to streamline processes by setting up automated campaigns, and I felt as if I was doing less and achieving more. The support team resolves issues with surprising quickness and gets praised for proactive, helpful responses.

Pros : Requires minimal configuration and you can start using wabo directly. The chatbot handles most of the common questions which means we are not stuck replying to the same things over and over.

Cons : As of now I have not come across any con. But what I would like to suggest is making pricing info available on the website itslef will be really helpful.

Reason to switch : Wabo helps me get things done faster without juggling multiple tools. The chatbot handles basic questions, so I don’t have to. The shared inbox keeps our team on the same page and automations take care of follow ups. It is making our marketing teams work easier and less stressful.

The platform saves us hours of manual work and makes it easy to keep in touch with leads and clients. It’s been a great tool for both marketing and customer support.

Pros : Very easy to set up and use, no coding needed. Powerful chatbot builder with automation. Bulk messaging and drip campaigns save time. Shared team inbox keeps everything organized. Smooth switch from bot to human chat. Great for lead generation and client follow-ups.

Cons : Sometimes there are minor bugs or delays in message delivery. The analytics and reporting features could be more detailed. Slight learning curve for first-time users
