“Visually interactive & user friendly product with nice dashboard.”

Pros : Everything about Deskera CRM is so easy, it is so user-friendly and there are so many features that make the platform useful for us. All the key sales information on a single dashboard. I really enjoy how it streamlines my work.

Cons : The sub-section in the customer support feature requires a bit more polishing.

“Speeds up marketing campaigns!”

Pros : The biggest advantage I feel is the ease of building landing pages. Whether it is a product page or a pricing page it is super easy to design. It has expedited our marketing activities.

Cons : Support team should be able to speak regional languages

“Deskera CRM has easy to use functionalities and great user application.”

Pros : In addition to the stunning user interface in both the desktop application and the mobile app, I would have to mention their support staff. That is not to diminish the quality of the product, which is excellent and is getting better.
