“Good user experience and user friendly interface. As of my point of view one of the best HRMS software for mid and small size businesses.”

Pros : Overall good software with a wide range of modules available. We have been on Emossy for 2 years and we Love Emossy. I have 15 team members who are practically Emossy addicts. I loved this software as it is more employee-oriented and user-friendly. Our team quickly adapted to the platform, making the transition to a more efficient HR management system smooth and hassle-free. One of the cheapest software in his industry with a wide range of modules offers.

Cons : I don't think that there is any cons in it.

Reason to switch : Easy hiring, Employee self service porta, automate helpdesk ticketing system, 360* feedback system, project finance management and more.

“Best Tool for Organization Automation”

Pros : It is a good tool for HRs and comes with an Intranet Solution. This tool helps to completely automate the organization's processes including the hiring process, asset management process, helpdesk process, attendance and leave management process, project management process, and more which increases employee engagement and satisfaction.

Cons : They need to focus on employee learning and training modules.

“I have been Working on it since last 3 months for the Recruitment purpose, Attendence Management, updating poll and news.”

Pros : It is easy enough to use and has a friendly interface. I perform my daily tasks on Emossy effectively like scheduling interviews and setting reminders. It has got truly useful modules designed for all the business needs. The task becomes easy when aligned with Emossy and performed efficiently. Hence, highly recommended.

Cons : Font size, too big!

“Best Intranet Solution - EMOSSY”

I am using emossy intranet last 6 months to organize all your stuff at one place. It saves my lots of time to find the important files and keep my stuff organized.

Pros : It's not only an intranet solution, It's a complete suite of HRMS. I can easily record my clock-in and clock-out, apply leaves, and raise a ticket.

Cons : Dashboard needs to be systematic. It should be lil bit Organized.

In My Carriere, I Have Tried So Many Hrms Tools And Task Management Tools but Emossy Is More Easier , Faster And Optimized Hrms. Its Not Just a Hrms its Also A Very Good Task Management Tool, And The Mobile App Is Beautiful And Smooth .

Pros : Leave Management And Task Management Is Very Easy To Use. Mobile App Is Very Beautiful And Optimized. In Attendance, We Can Choose The Type Of Our Employee's Attendance Type To Geofencing Or Biometrics.

“Budget friendly HRMS”

This employee HRMS software is very useful. They provide 24/7 support. We can manage all employee Databases, Time & Attendance, Projects, Recruitment & many more task in single click. This is also Budget friendly HRMS.

Pros : I like project management where the client manages all employee assigned tasks. We can handle all live projects, hold projects, closed projects & pending approval.

Cons : Not as much

“So far so good”

Pros : Easy to use and All modules under one platform. Its been a great experience using Emossy for my company from past 8 months. The UI is very smooth.

Cons : Nothing as of now

Switched from : Zoho People

Reason to switch : All though Zoho is very versatile but when it comes to pricing it is disappointing for a start-up level company. Also their modules are not under one platform, we have to open multiple tabs which sometimes is time consuming.
