Pros : The SalesBabu crew is excellent. They actively assisted in setting up all of my needs, and I had everything I needed to get began at that point. There was originally some training needed, but I took it up really quickly. I am presently utilising CRM perfectly.

Pros : Very good quotation management that is easy to use and has a variety of choices, amendments, and approval systems Also to our like is their export to pdf, which produces a polished quotation. My clients frequently enquire about the software we use after becoming so impressed. Earlier, my staff would go from one location to another for 3–4 hours while preparing a quotation, which led to several errors. Now that we have built quotation templates and have instructed my staff to only utilise the templates, they can produce a quote and get it approved in 10 minutes. - Calendar and follow-up are excellent; order processing and payment monitoring.

Pros : I have always used Excel to keep track of my affairs, but a buddy just recommended SalesBabu CRM. Data entry labour was initially involved; nevertheless, it is now a daily task. I can now handle n categories, links between spare parts, details for each spare item, and my buffer stock, which were all previously difficult to do.
