Centralized & organized workflow — You get a single platform to manage leads, sales pipelines, team assignments, communication history — so everything’s in one place (no juggling between spreadsheets, WhatsApp, e-mail etc.).

Pros : CRM-wide risks remain: data quality, maintenance & operational overhead — As with any CRM system, the usefulness depends heavily on how accurately and consistently data is fed in. Poor data entry or inconsistent use can limit effectiveness.

Cons : Less awareness – Not many detailed reviews or professional guidance available, so people are unsure before buying.
