Once you enable the phone feature, you’ll receive an email along with a credit worth $5 to buy and make phone calls. You can always top up your credits from “Plans & Billing” in your Freshsales account


Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can. Freshsales is a pay-as-you-go service so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. We do not have cancellation fees. But if you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month.
