“Seamless UPI & QR Payments and A Big Time Saver”

In my e-commerce business, I switched to UnPay and immediately saw fewer failed payments and faster checkouts. The QR + UPI options gave customers more flexibility. It’s simplified how we process payments.

Pros : UnPay’s UPI Payment Gateway is quick to integrate and supports dynamic + static QR codes, which made payment collection much easier.

Cons : I found that when transaction volume spiked (during sale events) the dashboard lagged a bit, so monitoring real-time became slightly slower than ideal.

Switched from : PayU

Reason to switch : I switched because our previous gateway had higher failure rates and fewer UPI/QR options, whereas UnPay offered a modern approach with strong success-rate claims (97%+).

Security and uptime were major worries for me. With UnPay, I felt more confidentespecially since payment failures and support issues are fewer than with my prior system.

Pros : UnPay advertises ISO 27001 + PCI DSS compliance, and a merchant success-rate of 97%.

Cons : Even though reliability is high, we did experience one prolonged support ticket that took longer than expected to resolve.

Reason to switch : switched because I couldn't tolerate frequent downtimes and security incidents; UnPay’s promises of high uptime and certifications tipped the decision.

My marketplace platform handles thousands of UPI payments daily. Switching to UnPay improved settlement success and gave confidence for high volume. The only snag: our analytics team had to export data to Excel for deep dives.

Pros : UnPay’s case study reports they processed millions of transactions per day, making it suitable for scale.

Cons : I noticed that when I needed very fine-grained analytics the dashboard lacked some filters.

Reason to switch : I switched because my previous provider was buckling under load and lacked success-rate guarantees; UnPay scaled better.

“Solid Choice for Startups & SMEs, But Global Payments are Not Yet Fully Featured”

For our Indian customer base, UnPay is excellent. If you’re scaling globally you may find missing features for now.

Pros : UnPay markets itself as “business banking + payments” for companies of all sizes.

Cons : My SaaS business needed international card & USD settlement; UnPay currently focuses more on Indian domestic payments, so for some global needs I still use a second provider.

Switched from : Razorpay

Reason to switch : I switched because I first needed strong Indian domestic payment coverage; UnPay gave that. I will supplement globally until they add full international support.

“Great Merchant Support but Room for Improvement in Feature Roll-out”

I appreciated UnPay’s support responsiveness compared to my previous provider. When I was stuck with onboarding or API errors, the team helped. However, for newer features I had to wait.

Pros : Merchant support is 24×7 and UnPay claims high merchant satisfaction.

Cons : That said, one feature request I had (recurring payment webhooks) is still in the pipeline and took weeks to appear.

Switched from : Worldline

Reason to switch : I switched because my prior provider’s support was poor; UnPay’s better service experience was compelling.
