“The best budget friendly CRM we have used.”

Pros : Most amazing thing about Teknovat is that it can be accessed from any device and anywhere with internet connection. Managing customer relationship tools like emails, SMS, sales call, marketing funnel, and social media is very possible and tools are well build to integrate with third party service.

Cons : Marketing Automation features are a little bit tough for me in beginning, now everything working perfectly by thems good support

Switched from : Zoho CRM

Reason to switch : Zoho has better features than Teknovate CRM but is also expensive. As a small business, we choose Teknovate CRM to save money as it has all features we need and we don't want to pay extra.

“Teknovate CRM is Easy to use, Efficient & Accurate”

Pros : I am using it from last one year, It seamlessly integrates with all the lead generation sources and makes sales easier to follow up and close the sales, It has helped me to keep all my work update at one place.. also very helpful to review past business through different reports.

Cons : Sometimes, it may take a little while to understand how all moving parts work together. But once it is clear, it's a breeze.

“Good software to automate support system”

Pros : Teknovate CRM is very user friendly which supports every browser and very fast in speed. I have also worked on ZOHO which is also very good product but I like Teknovate CRM more due to it's User-friendly dashboard and real time support. But It's Totally an affordable software to manage all the information and lead generation.

Cons : A well-designed tool to fulfil all the business needs without any defect

“best Software according to my Requirements”

Pros : I like in the Teknovate CRM Software. The functions of this software are very advanced and user-friendly. We can enter new contacts, It will auto capture my all the leads from Facebook & Instagram ad, Indiamare, justdial, Tradeindia and assign tasks to our employees, create a quotation in nice format, proforma invoice, invoices and payment reminders.

Cons : We have not found any cons in this product.

“Worth the cost, User friendly software”

Pros : According to me, the most effective feature of Teknovate CRM is its availability on the mobile device. I can instantly track the salesperson and lead using the mobile app. it is an excellent software to manage the customer relationship. The entire user interface is easy to understand. Additionally, I found the support team very helpful.

Cons : Satisfy with the features.

Reason to switch : Teknovate CRM is useful in lead capturing from different lead generation portals, automatic lead assign to appropriate sales person, lead nurturing and sales person tracking by live dashboard.

Pros : We are using this Teknovate CRM for pre sales process. A very organized software, good client support for every small issue, good software to manage leads, tracking leads, lead sources, its stages and others.

Cons : Nothing as such, App can be improved a bit.
