  2. EazeHR Non-Web: This is for blue-collar workers or employees who do not need a web login. For HRIS, Onboarding and Separation, Attendance and Leave, India Payroll modules, the price will be Rs. 25+GST/- per user per month.

A. Free accounts will allow you to use the application for upto 20 employees. Modules available in free account are 1. HRIS 2. Onboarding & Separation 3. Attendance and Leave 4. Payroll. No support is provided for Free Accounts.
A. We are aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of your data. We take the following steps to ensure data security- 1. All the data transfer and communication between your machine and our applications on the internet is through a secure SSL connection ensuring that all communications are secure. 2. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted. 3. All session variables are encrypted.
A. You need a basic computer with any browser like Explorer, Firefox, Chrome and an internet connection . We recommend that you have the latest version of an anti-virus solution, you would also need Adobe Reader to be able to view reports. For exporting to standard report format you would need access to Microsoft Excel or Google Docs.
A. You can access the application from your mobile phone too. You can download the EazeHR app from Google Playstore or Apple Store.
A. You will get licenses to use the application for as many users as you want and you pay for. There is no permanent license and after you unsubscribe you will not have any access rights.
A. Data is backed up every hours and two instances are maintained in parallel. The DR instance is designed to take over in case of any failure at the primary servers.

A. Yes, EazeHR complies with all the statutory laws which govern payroll management. Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance, Income Tax, Laboer Welfare Fund, Professional Tax, Statutory Bonus etc are all covered in EazeHR.
A. Attendance is managed in multiple ways 1. Attendance recording through mobile application where geofencing and selfie options are available 2. Attendance can be recorded through the browser 3. Attendance data can be captured from Biometric / smart-card machines 4. It can be updated by the HR teams through excel 5. A. No, you cannot use EazeHR without the internet. Internet connection is mandatory for accessing the software and its services.
