“Stays updated with all the basic reports.”

Pros : DeBox TRAVCRM is used in our entire organization, while our sales and operation staff members are using TRAVCRM most frequently. We are using TRAVCRM to ensure that our sales staff enter their task information daily and the operation staff put in queries. We can have complete visibility in their work, leads and sales. We also stay updated on all communication with customers with their status.

“Easily management your sales team!”

Pros : Now you can easily management your sales team and convert your enquiries and leads into business on real time basis. You can directly integrate it with your website to get real time information about leads.

Cons : Slow UI often leads to slow page loading timings. I contacted their technical team and found out the issue was with our server. As of now, nothing to complain.

Reason to switch : Robust integration with easy customization, a rare combo that we found in DeBox.

“DeBox TRAVCRM has improved efficiency”

Pros : Overall DeBox TRAVCRM has improved efficiency, removed manual errors, increase revert time by creating proposals quickly which has increased both trust and brand recognition.

Cons : The good part is that there are regular updates. However, you have to be aware about these changes otherwise you will miss out on important details.

Reason to switch : The previous CRM we were using was turning out to be an expensive affair. It is then that we decided to switch.

“DeBox Travel CRM runs extremely smooth on our system”

Pros : Now it is easy to manage fixed departures and series. You can create multiple fixed departures with different dates and series departures. TRAVCRM shows multiple reports of their status with room wise and PAX wise analysis. It’s a useful CRM, especially for tour operations to manage fixed departures.

Cons : None.

“Inbuilt Sales Management Module in TRAVCRM”

Pros : DeBox TravCRM has inbuilt sales module from where you can define your sales team target, tracking of their daily activities such as call, meeting and task. It has complete lead management tool.

Cons : At the moment, DeBox has looked after all business processes. Therefore, there is no con we can mention thereof.

Switched from : Technoheaven Travel CRM

Reason to switch : We used an app that was not helping us do lead scoring, not so with DeBox Travel CRM.

“Easy to manage your agent OR supplier communication”

Pros : Overall, I would highly recommend DeBox TravCRM as you can directly communication with your agent, client OR supplier directly from TravCRM with predefined email template makes it unique from other service providers.

Cons : My experience with DeBox has been good. All thanks to its simple user interface.

Reason to switch : We needed of a cost-effective solution with the best user functionalities.

“The support provided by theor team beyond amazing.”

Pros : Tracking any lead is quite important for business. Butes lead generation needs lots of money and effort. It’s good to see that with TRAVCRM, we can precisely track the complete journey of clients and convert them easily.

Cons : Sometimes it lags.

Switched from : Globetrack

Reason to switch : Globetrack's support wasn't upto the notch. The customer support took a lot of time to resolve issues.

“A good CRM for Travel business management”

Pros : This is the best travel software for travel agencies provide best service. Also the support team is very quick. No prior learning is required.

Cons : I have been using DeBox CRM from quite along and didn't came across any problem with it.

Reason to switch : This is CRM is quite easy to use as no prior learning is required.

Pros : With the help of DeBox’ s implementation and training team, you can easily go live within 2-3 weeks as they are always ready to assist you. Their implementation and training team is very supportive.
