“Best travel CRM that allows you to do lots more and compete with OTAs.”

Pros : It actually reduces the manpower cost and so far best product available in the market for Holidays. It allows to respond ur customers with itinerary within 2 minutes. It is also allows single click integration with Facebook and Instagram. HelloGTX CRM single page query listing gives easy to control screen and allows you to do lot more from a single screen. System also offers website thru CRM and customer accounts are connected with ensure and cem.

Cons : From a CRM point of view No cons were observed from my end

Switched from : Kapture CRM

Reason to switch : Ease of use and features. It saves my man power cost by reducing repetition of work. Hellogtx travel crm helps me in ncreasing my sales on digital leads.
