“Onex product is easy to use, with multiple customization options.”

Pros : The product is easy to use and hassle - free, with multiple features available that suit an organization's needs. Since the features are automated, it reduces the time spent on doing manual work and hence improving the productivity of employees. All the features can be customized as per the organization needs making it even more simpler to understand and then train all the employees to use the product.

Cons : NO CONS

Reason to switch : Onex product is easy to use, with multiple customization options which makes it easy for us to tweak it as per our organization needs.

“Onex - Leave & Attendance Management System”

Pros : We are Using Onex (LMS) portal for our 10 Holiday Inn Express hotels for different locations since 2019, it is very user-friendly for both employees & employers & advanced in technology. Also, customer support is good & solving the issues within the timeline. We have customized it as per different statutes Act. (PL, CL, SL, Holidays & carryforward limit) Can download all related reports for different purposes & Audits. Its saves lots of time in leaves & attendance tracking.

“Onex implementation services and support resources give you a head start”

Pros : Onex is easy use and there are good features available. Especially Mobile application facilitates your to apply and approve leave and attendance along with GPS check in and checkout option.

Cons : Some more features needs to be updated.

Reason to switch : There were some complications on the sumhr software.
