“Simple and easy to use app”

Pros : i use salary box app to manage my shift employees. No more surprises sitting at the end of the month to calculate everyone's salaries.I love the ease of making schedules and tracking of hours. I also love the fact of when hiring someone I can send them the invite and send them a schedule right away.

Cons : This is a useful and easy to use software system. It was easy to implement , but employee adoption took some time. Once i got that into place, it has been effective.

Reason to switch : I am a restaurant owner - and i use this app to manage my shift employees. No more surprises sitting at the end of the month to calculate everyone's salaries

“Product is good but Support and Pricing is not recommandable.”

“Totally Disappointed”

Salary Box has been helpful in streamlining our payroll process. The automation for salary calculations and tax deductions saves me a lot of time each month. That said, I do find the user interface a bit frustrating. Some of the more detailed features aren’t as intuitive as they could be. In this month, I have contacted customer care more than 15 times. While the issue is temporarily resolved when I contact customer care, it reoccurs after a few hours, causing continued disruption to the system. The key issues I am experiencing are: The salary box is not working properly and fails to reflect data after a few hours. Payroll information is also not updating or functioning as expected. Although the punching process works the data does not sync or reflect in the app correctly.

Pros : When it comes to payroll administration, Salary Box has proved to be great. The time and effort needed to execute payroll each month has decreased thanks to its automation of tax filing, deductions, and salary computations.

Cons : When browsing through more advanced functions, I've found that the user interface can occasionally be a little clumsy. It can be a little challenging to use at times because it's not as intuitive as I would want.

“Complaint Regarding Non-Functioning Attendance Machine”

Cons : It is with great disappointment that I share my experience with SalaryBox and their malfunctioning attendance machine. For the past two months, our company has been grappling with the inefficiencies and frustrations caused by this unreliable system. The attendance machine provided by SalaryBox has consistently failed to function properly, rendering our efforts to track employee attendance futile. Despite repeated attempts to address the issue with SalaryBox's customer service, we have been met with nothing but excuses and empty promises of resolution. As a result of this prolonged malfunction, our business operations have been severely disrupted. Without an accurate and dependable attendance tracking system in place, we are unable to efficiently manage our workforce, leading to confusion, errors, and decreased productivity. Furthermore, the lack of urgency and accountability demonstrated by SalaryBox in addressing this critical issue is unacceptable. It is appalling that they have allowed this problem to persist for such an extended period without any tangible efforts to rectify it. In light of these ongoing challenges and the detrimental impact they have had on our business, I strongly advise against entrusting SalaryBox with any aspect of your attendance management needs. Their inability to provide a functional and reliable solution reflects poorly on their competence and commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I urge fellow businesses to proceed with caution when considering SalaryBox for attendance management services, as their track record of failure and negligence speaks volumes about their reliability and professionalism.

“Never ever go with salary box”

Pros : Poor product and poor customer care.

Cons : The people don't have time to solve your problem on their time. You have to take an appointment to solve the problem. On the time of selling, they send 2 to 3 people's but once they sold they will tell you we have left salary box so you please go to customer support. I have taken a plan of 30 people instead of 50 people I thought I should try it first. But I was aware that they were trapping me. They even can't solve your problem.
