Pros : I was wary at what was my first attempt to buy software from other than the maker, but this experience worked out perfect. Everything went as they said it should, and I am very happy with the product.

Pros : It is a very helpful tool in mitigating manual and frequent tasks and helps in organizing, systemizing and automating several important business processes, as several tasks are supposed to be active outside working hours, like automated replies, payment management etc.

Pros : It's great how easy it is to create and send professional quotes, invoices, and contracts using pre-made templates that are consistent with our branding. The feature that allows me to check if the documents have been opened is a very valuable and professional touch.

Pros : The efficiency of the onboarding process is a client favorite, particularly how quickly we move from the questionnaire to the service agreement and contract. This is just one highlight, as the platform offers many other features I don't even utilize often.

Pros : We used to have to log into 5 different programmes just to go through one transaction with my client. This programme is all the programmes bundled into one. Easy to use and really organises the day to day transactions.
