PROS : 247HRM have helped in paying my employees on time. Everything is automated with minimal manual intervention. I just have to press few buttons to run the payroll and voila I get all the reports related payroll at my fingertips. Thanks to them I have a motivated workforce. Best attendance management application, leave management portal can be configured as per your company's leave police, and the best part about leave management is comp off, and an error free payroll which will take care of employee tds and PF, PT and ESI
CONS : Its been almost 2 years, initially we had problems during implementation but they are sorted out now and we are happy we made the right choice.

PROS : Overall good experience. Looking forward to continue for more years. We will be using all the portal features from next month. We got the support for salary structure creation. Prompt support, walking the extra mile.
CONS : Update the deadline when asking for any input (ex: company tax filing).
PROS : Arguably the best payroll software available in India. We have automated attendance, leave management and employee tax declarations. We have been using the software since 5 years and this is the best HR software for the automotive sector.
CONS : None
PROS : Attendance compiling can be made easier for processing in less time & all the benefits that given by employer to the employee can be captured in the software (Ex: Incentives, Bonus, Uniforms given date, ID Cards given date, Shoes given date). Payroll processing is faster, can pull the reports in quick time
CONS : Attendance compiling is an issue where it takes a long time for processing & closing the attendance.
PROS : Easy to use, value for money payroll package with customized reports as per requirement. Statutory compliance part taken care of by the software. But can be made more visually appealing. Ease of use, can get customized reports as per requirement.
CONS : It can be visually appealing.
PROS : A software with good support, but need few upgradations and also standardization of software is also expected. All the best to 247 HRM team for a better business.

PROS : Easy to use. Highly intuitive, fully featured. Confidence that payroll and statutory compliance regulations are handled correctly, everytime.
CONS : Zero cons that I can think of right now. I wish I would have discovered 24 7 HRM sooner.
PROS : The Reports facility on the dashboard is brilliant. It allows me to view information like attrition rate, joinees, and resignees, employee count department wise at the click of a button, and I can give regular updates to my management. I cannot speak highly enough about 24 7 HRM. It has completely changed the way in which I manage HR within our business. I am able to work far more efficiently, work closer with the staff, provide more professional reports to my management, and I no longer require separate spreadsheets for everything! Accurate Payroll, Reports, Ticketing Module and Travel Expense Management.
CONS : None till now
PROS : All other HR systems out there should take note: 24 7 HRM is how you do HR. My company was in need of HR software that will automate our HR processes and cut down our paper usage, particularly for the employee onboarding process.
CONS : To be honest I have never come across any cons, we have met their big clients before zeroing in on them and they were all satisfied with 24 7 HRM.
PROS : I did a lot of research and have taken many demos before zeroing in on 247HRM. It has been really helpful in storing and reporting on employee information, giving employees access to view their salary and personal information, and I can't rave enough about the social feed board. As a one-person HR department, 247HRM has allowed me to become a strong, communicative and organized HR personnel in the midst of the million other things I do. The 247HRM team is accessible and supportive, welcoming questions and feedback. Waiting to see what new features and updates 247HRM will roll out next. But they really seem to listen to what you want and work to get there.The TDS is simple and accurate. Cannot stop reiterating that the “Social dashboard” is my personal favorite feature.
CONS : here are none, honestly, I haven’t come across one. Their pricing will fit into any company's budget, and I am confident that your employees will enjoy using 247HRM just as much as your HR team does.
