“could not ask for better help”

Pros : I stumbled across Techjockey at the start of my research into best in breed vendors for a software. I didn't know what to expect, but I was contacted within an hour of my submission and within 24 hours had been provided with a list of 5 potential vendors. All of these then reached out to me within 48 hours, I didn't have to do a thing. We have arranged demos from four of the five, after discounting one potential vendor as not the right solution. Techjockey followed up on a couple of occasions to see if I needed any further support or help. The overall experience has been great, and I genuinely feel that they know their stuff and think and act independently, to provide the best service possible to the end user.

“good experience”

Pros : I had only a vague idea of what I needed when I contacted Techjockey about software. Josh Muraki asked me the right questions and quickly provided me with a list of companies and sales reps that could offer me the software solutions that I needed. All of the sales reps contacted me directly within hours of receiving Josh's recommendations. All of companies offered software that was exactly what I was looking for at a price that fit my budget. Josh and Techjockey saved me a lot of time I would have misspent considering the wrong solutions. I highly recommend their services. I couldn't have had a better experience.

“Everything stored over cloud”

Pros : I was anxious as to where the valuable information of my employees is going to be stored. But I found out that everything is stored over Cloud which relieved me. Data storage over the cloud gives the ultimate security.

Cons : I wanted a free trial but couldn’t find one. I felt somewhat missing because anybody will look to give it a free try before buying the basic package.

“Managing workforce simplified”

Pros : I was very worried regarding how to manage my workforce. So, after my friend told me to call up the support team of techjockey, I did and they provided me with a list of work that can be done using this software from attendance management to payroll. I was relieved. Thanks!

Cons : The software is best suited for MSMEs and startups. But when the workforce is increasing it may be crumbled with issues. Larger enterprises won’t quite find this application handy.
