“Excellent HRMS Solution That Simplified Our Payroll Attendance and Complete HR Management Process”

We have been using Fovestta for the last 8 months for our company in Dadri. Earlier we were managing everything on Excel sheets which was taking a lot of time and errors were common. After implementing Fovestta, our payroll processing time reduced from 3 days to just 2 hours. The support team is very responsive and helpful. Overall a very reliable and cost-effective HRMS for growing businesses.

Pros : What I liked most about Fovestta is its very simple and user-friendly interface. Even non-technical HR staff can easily manage employee data, attendance, leave and payroll without any training. The automated payroll calculation with compliance for PF, ESI and TDS is a big relief. The ESS portal allows employees to check their payslips and apply for leaves themselves, which saves a lot of HR time. The dashboard reporting and real-time analytics are also very powerful for management decisions. Value for money product.

Cons : There are no major cons as such, but there is always scope for improvement. The mobile application can be made a bit more faster and some more customization options can be added for leave and attendance reports. Initially we faced a small learning curve for setting up salary structures and shift rules, but the support team helped us immediately. Also, we would love to see more integration options with third-party accounting software in future updates. Overall these are very minor points and can be easily improved in upcoming versions.

Reason to switch : Previously we were managing HR and payroll manually on Excel and attendance registers, which was very time-consuming and had many calculation errors. Our old payroll process took 3-4 days every month and there was no employee self-service portal, so HR was overloaded with small queries like payslips and leave status. We were also facing compliance issues with PF, ESI and TDS calculations. We needed an affordable, automated and all-in-one HRMS solution, so after comparing 4-5 software we switched to Fovestta because of its easy interface, automation features and excellent local support in Noida.

“Very User Friendly And Affordable HRMS Software For Startups And SMEs In India”

Fovestta is a great product for any small to mid-size company. We manage 50+ employees and the attendance tracking, shift management and salary processing is now fully automated. No more manual calculation mistakes. The setup was done within a day and the team provided full training. Highly recommended for companies looking to move from manual HR to automation.

Pros : The biggest advantage of Fovestta is its all-in-one platform. You get employee management, attendance, leave management, payroll, reimbursements and compliance in a single software. The customer support is excellent and they resolve queries very quickly on WhatsApp and call. The software is cloud-based so we can access it from anywhere. It also provides accurate reports for management and helps in maintaining complete transparency between HR and employees.

Cons : No major issues found so far. Sometimes the dashboard takes a few seconds to load when data is heavy. The mobile app needs a little improvement in UI. Apart from that everything is working perfectly and the team is continuously releasing new updates to improve the product experience.

Reason to switch : We switched from manual Excel-based HR management to Fovestta for automation. We wanted to reduce payroll errors, save time on attendance tracking and provide ESS access to employees. Fovestta was more affordable and user-friendly compared to other HRMS we evaluated, and it offers complete compliance management which was missing in our previous system.

“Makes day-to-day HR work much easier”

I have been using Fovestta to manage different HR activities, and overall it has made our day-to-day work much more organized. Earlier, managing employee information and keeping track of different HR processes could become time-consuming. With Fovestta, we can manage employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, reimbursements, and other HR activities from one place. I also find the PF/ESI and payroll-related features useful. The reports and Excel/PDF export options are helpful when we need to review or share information. The system is easy to understand once you get familiar with the modules.

Pros : What I like most is that many HR activities are available in one system. Employee records, attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding and reimbursement processes are easier to manage without maintaining everything separately. The reporting and Excel/PDF export options are also useful. Overall, it saves time and gives better visibility into employee-related information.

Cons : There is a little learning involved when you start using the different modules for the first time. It takes some time to understand where everything is and how each workflow works. More customization options and additional guidance for new users could make the initial experience even easier.

Reason to switch : Fovestta has made it easier for me to manage regular HR activities from one place. I can keep track of employee information, attendance, leave, onboarding and payroll-related work without having to manage everything separately. I also find the employee records and reporting features useful when I need to check or share information. The payroll, PF/ESI and reimbursement-related modules help keep different processes more organized. Overall, it saves time on routine tasks and makes it easier to keep employee information in one place. It is also convenient to have Excel and PDF export options when working with reports.
