“It was very good and convenient to use.”

I had various issues in my salary calculation but thanks to Sensys HRMThread we are able to sort that issue. The Sensys HRMThread software is very reliant and the team is very responsive and supportive.

Pros : Easy to use even as a beginner. Good support.

Cons : No Cons

Reason to switch : All my payroll and hr calculations work used to be handled by my team but ever since we have opted hrmthread,the work has became fully automated and handled by the software. Human errors are less and now we have more time to focus on our company's productivity. We are very much satisfied with the product.

“best pricing & technical support”

Pros : They supplied me with keys for the software literally by return mail. After finding that my system was not compatible with the software after using their excellent communications (reply's to emails within the hour), they offered a full refund. that is what I call customer service and I highly recommend them. I will buy from them again should I need more software.

“User-friendly and Easy to Use”

The interface is user-friendly and intuitive, even for someone who isn't very tech-savvy. I especially love the employee self-service portal employees can access their payslips, and tax documents, and update their information without us having to get involved, which cuts down on HR workload.

“could not ask for better help”

Pros : I was in need of software. They got me in contact with five valid contenders. Demos were set up within a couple of days and I have down selected a product that I feel confident will meet our needs. I was pleased with the service despite being nervous that I would just get spammed by using it.
