“Best HRMS Software For Companies”

Pros : Everything has been structured in a way that makes it simple to utilize. It is helpful for recording attendance and requesting holidays. Everything is wonderful. Our organization will benefit greatly from the ability to find detailed histories of past things, attendance sync, and time sync.

Cons : Not a positive aspect, but improved location monitoring is possible.

Reason to switch : I'm going to record my attendance, request leaves, and request reimbursement.

Pros : Tankhwa Patra app provides the functionality of real-time employee tracking, Punch in /out with accurate location. Also, users can track his/ her attendance, visits, payroll, holidays, etc. More advanced chat feature is also provided by this app.

Cons : According to my experience platform has been incredibly smooth. No such cons found.

Pros : The product is very stable. The payroll process is very easy. It also has different features for digitalization. It has helped me reduce a lot of time and also manual work. Tankhwa Patra is the future for hr.

Cons : Initial setup takes little time , because the software is in detail. So each policy has to be setup very carefully.

Pros : One of the best HRMS software. It is extremely easy use and is highly accessible software. And provides good in service with amazing features. Everything is sorted manner, it is very easy to use. It helps in Marking attendance and applying for holidays, everything is just amazing.

Pros : In the software new system is task management they will assign Tasks and a new system is a calendar that will show show present date absent date week off and all holidays. And the GPS is good they show all the locations for marketing staff.
