I’m extremely satisfied with the software. It simplifies payroll, recruitment, and employee management, enhances efficiency, and offers seamless integration, making HR processes much smoother and more effective.

Pros : I liked the B-HRMS product for its automation, centralized data management, improved compliance, employee self-service, scalability, and analytics capabilities.

Cons : only dislike is its high costs,

The software helped us manage remote teams as well as field workers too, with its advanced featurs of geofencing and tracking, along with other routine HRMS features.

Pros : Its advanced features to track field force, quick customer support, continuous training, and upgrades.

Cons : TAT of 24 hours for requests

Reason to switch : Automation of manual tasks, no longer use excel sheets, automated reports
