“A powerful solution to connect with customers via various messaging channels.”

Pros : Twilio's programmable messaging and two-way messaging allow me to talk to my customers and leads in a more personable way. I now have the tools needed to get a better understanding of my customers' needs and help them find the right solutions for their business.

Cons : So far so good. I haven’t faced any issues with Twilio yet now. This has been really helpful so far.

Switched from : Maple CRM

Reason to switch : There is no free trial offered by Maple CRM and the customer service is not very active as per my experience.

“Perfect platform to easily deliver messages & conduct two-way SMS conversations.”

Pros : I use Twilio to send text messages to my customers. The API is very easy to use, and I can send a text message to my customers in less than 2 minutes. The API is a big-time saver for me since I don't have to write my own code to send SMS messages. I have been using Twilio for a while now and I must say that I am in love with this software.

Cons : It doesn’t provide very detailed analytical data which I think is an area where Twilio can improve upon.

Switched from : SanCCS

Reason to switch : There was as such no reason to switch from San CCS. In fact, it was also great software to use ?

“Add a personal touch to your business messages using Twilio.”

Pros : I have been using Twilio for a while now and it makes it easy to send and receive text messages to your clients. It has helped me a lot to send out text messages to a list of clients notifying them of an event or to send a quick response to an individual client. I have also used it to create automated responses for the text messages being received.

Cons : The only disadvantage that I feel is that Twilio lacks some powerful tracking tools in order to maintain a seamless auditing process.

Switched from : MyOperator

Reason to switch : They have very poor customer service, and their staff is very rude as well.
