Pros : Ahalts HR offers an intuitive, easy-to-use interface with real-time attendance tracking. It integrates seamlessly with payroll systems and provides responsive customer support. Ideal for both in-office and remote teams, it's a reliable HR solution.

Cons : I haven't found any cons so far—everything has worked smoothly and reliably.

“They have their own 5th generation facial recognition server which sets apart from their competitors.”

Pros : They have eradicated my company's proxy attendance because they have facial attendance mobile application which needs the live face of an employee while punching attendance and they have very quick support services. I like their cloud time attendance and payroll software and will definitely refer others.

Cons : They need to add accounting application, currently they are integrating accounting with third party.

Switched from : Keka HR

Reason to switch : They do not have facial recognition to prevent proxy attendance and control shift irregularities.

“Ahalts HRMS has helped us improve employee engagement and satisfaction”

Pros : The performance management module simplifies setting goals and conducting evaluations. The leave management system ensures transparency and fairness in leave approval. While the software is powerful, it did take some time for our team to get fully accustomed to all the features. However, the customer support team was responsive and provided valuable assistance. Overall, a great tool for HR optimization

Cons : They do not have accounting software,hopeully they will add in future

Switched from : Pocket HRMS

Reason to switch : We want to change to new software because facing lot of bugs in software
