“Automated Timesheet along with Attendance validation”

Pros : I believe that the system has been incredibly helpful in allowing us to track our project activities and status, as well as validate our attendance. The system's features have been comprehensive and well-designed. I especially appreciate the various reports that we can generate to meet our business needs. The ability to customize reports based on specific criteria has been a valuable tool in providing insights into our team's performance. Overall, I believe that the timesheet system has been a significant improvement over our previous method of tracking work hours and project progress. The system has been reliable, user-friendly, and has helped us to manage our time more effectively.

“Seamless Integration with Biometric Device and real time data Transfer in Beehive Portal, Multiple Punches”

Pros : Real-time attendance punches in the Beheive portal through our biometric device got rid from the manual upload from excel sheet and cross-verification at the end of the month everytime. Multiple Punches is just amazing feature in Beehive to capture Active vs deficit hours in the report. There were lots of attendance related issues which got solved in beehive Portal.

Cons : Implementation is a bit slow process, but at the end, got portal delivery with minimal bugs and issues

Reason to switch : Spine doesnt offer web based application as compare to Beehive

Pros : The software is user-friendly and the team is concerned about your requirement they will analyze the requirement properly and then suggest a proper solution. The software is easy to use and helps in managing all employee-related activities. Their Dashboards are helpful as it consolidates all the data on one single screen.

“One Stop Platform for all HR need in the Organisation”

Pros : Been using Beehive HRMS more than a year. This is one Stop platform who is looking for entire Workflow in the HRMS. PMS along with OKR is the best feature, beehive is offering. very simple and crisp workflow which saves alot of manual work.

Cons : As of now, No feature of OKR in mobile app

Pros : I have been using Beehive HRMS for several months now, and I am very pleased with their user-friendly system. It has been a single destination for all my HR requirements and the PMS module is especially easy to use. The manual interversion is reduced significantly and I have saved a lot of time due to the automated processes. Highly recommend Beehive HRMS!
