Overview
As an SEO Intern, you will work closely with our SEO and content teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that enhance our website's performance and ranking. You will gain hands-on experience in keyword research, SEO analysis, content optimization, and link-building strategies. This position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in SEO and digital marketing.
Responsibility
- Assist in conducting comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.
- Support the team in optimizing website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve SERP rankings and user engagement.
- Learn and apply on-page and off-page SEO best practices under the guidance of experienced SEO professionals.
- Help in monitoring and reporting on website performance and SEO effectiveness using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Participate in link-building strategies and outreach initiatives to enhance our website's authority and visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and web developers, to implement SEO recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to contribute to strategy discussions and implementation.
Requirement
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
- A strong interest in SEO, digital marketing, and online content strategy.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, Google algorithms, and keyword research tools.
- Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Excel skills - Vlookup and Pivot table functions must
