“A power booster for our HR team”

Good

Pros : Onboarding and payroll are complicated but peopleworks made every complex task simple. This software manages attendance, onboarding, payroll, recruitment, and many more. It turned out to be the best software for our team.

Cons : The user interface needs to be more intuitive as I had problems working with it.

Reason to switch : KekaHR Reason for switching: I had problems with its integration feature.

“Peopleworks is a useful tool indeed!”

Pros : I made my employee's calendars and reports using its amazing and unique features. The dashboards and user interface have an attractive design. I like this software.

Cons : It should have an ATS feature which is a big requirement for the recruitment process and I also need it.

Reason to switch : HRM King does not live up to my expectations. It lacks essential features and has unresponsive customer service.

“Makes all the problems super easy”

Makes my work super easy, am using this quite a long time now.

Pros : Smoothly manages payroll attendance, multiple shifts and recruitment. It's an amazing software that fulfilled all my needs.

Cons : It took me some time to understand its features. There is a learning curve that people may find hard to understand.

Pros : The software is useful for me in the onboarding process where I can collect and verify documents. I can also track the expenses and reimburse the required amount.

Cons : It should have a mobile app for easy access.

Pros : Its interactive dashboards helped me in analysing all the data and the simple UI is cherry on the cake. I like this software.

Cons : Sometimes it lags which is an issue for me.

Pros : This is a great software where I can check all my leaves, salary slips and the progress of my projects whenever I want. It proves to be a highly functional software for me. Good buy!!
